At ila & nin, each piece we create is crafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

• Once an order is placed, it cannot returned, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged.
• We do not accept exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
• If eligible, we will replace the item or provide store credit at our discretion.
