- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to process cancellations as your order may already be in production or shipping.
Damaged or Lost Orders
- If you believe your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and item(s) so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
- If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
